Article Submission Editorial Guidelines

The rules for submitting your articles to ArticleBank.org are very simple, but they must be followed!

CONTENT

  • The articles that you submit must be your own work – You may not submit articles written by other authors and the content must be unique. No rebranded articles allowed, you must be the sole copyright holder for each article you submit. Articles written by a ghost writer are perfectly acceptable as long as they are being used only by yourself.
  • Permitted Linking in article – You are only allowed to have 3 hyperlinks in an article.
  • No affiliate links allowed – The articles that you submit to ArticleBank.org should not contain affiliate links. It is acceptable, however, to mention the URL’s of helpful sites or your own website which redirects to the recommended affiliate product.
  • All contact information should appear only in the author’s bio
  • No advertisement article - Articles that are advertisements, or appear to be advertisements, will be considered spam and will not be approved for publication.
  • Please select up to 10 highly relevant tags that are separated by a comma. Non-relevant tags will be removed
  • Submitting your articles to ArticleBank.org does not entitle you to financial compensation of any kind – You will not receive compensation from ArticleBank.org or the users of our directory for articles you submit.
  • Submitting an article in no way guarantees inclusion in our directory – We reserve the right to reject an article submission for any reason.
  • Articles must be spell-checked and proof read for grammatical errors prior to submitting – Do not submit articles filled with spelling errors and bad grammar. We do monitor article submissions and we will reject content that doesn’t meet this requirement.
  • Do NOT submit articles which you used an article rewriter for.  We review each article, if they do not make sense, they will be deleted.
  • Our editors have the right to edit, accept or delete your post if it is found copied.

FORMATTING

  • Article Title: A maximum of 150 characters and minimum of 3 words. (We recommend using up to 66 characters for best search engine results). Do not use ALL CAPS. Do not have the name of your company or website in the title. Your author name should not appear in the title.
  • Article Body: A minimum of 300 words and a maximum length of 12,000 characters. The following HTML tags are allowed within the body of the article: <br />, <p>, <strong>, <em>, <u> and <a>.
  • Author name: Do not use your website as the author name. Your author name should not appear in the title of the article.
  • Do not use hard breaks in your article, only at the end of a paragraph (clicking Enter twice or using the <br /> tag)
  • Bold, italicize, or underline only text that needs to be emphasized, not the entire article
  • Make sure to use paragraph breaks. If you don’t divide your article up into short paragraphs, it will be difficult to read, and the readers will give up on your article.

Illegal/Objectionable subject matter

  • Family Safe Content Only: We do not allow articles on pornography, escort services, sex toys, violence, illegal subjects (such as movie downloads), potentially dangerous information, or hate speech. This includes both written and visual material. This is by no means an exhaustive list, and ArticleBank.org reserves the right to reject any article.
  • Articles cannot include plagiarized material from any other person or source. You must own 100% of the article you publish.
  • Articles should not link to or promote online gambling sites.

Article which is not with these guide lines shall be removed with out confirmation.
